Core Responsibilities:
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in an advertising agency in a similar role
- Ability to independently coordinate and supervise project delivery
- Knowledge of consumer activation processes and regulations (contests and lotteries)
- Understanding of marketing communication concepts
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to grow the value of the assigned client portfolio – actively identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, closing recommendations, and collaborating with the team on offers
- Experience in managing digital projects
- Ability to prepare cost estimates and schedules, and control budgets
- Communicative English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical thinking skills
Your responsibilities
- Independently building and developing long-term, partnership-based relationships with agency clients
- Working on existing and phased projects
- Ongoing management of new business projects
- Planning and executing campaigns
- Supervising and leading communication and technology projects
- Preparing quotes, monitoring schedules and budgets, and settling project accounts

- Employment contract (8,500 – 10,500 PLN gross)
- B2B contract (9,000 – 11,500 PLN net + VAT)
- Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
